DefectA small number of 295/30ZR22 (103Y) and 315/30ZR22 (107Y) tyres are subject to a manufacturing variation and are susceptible to experiencing tread deformation or crown separation when running at high speed possibly leading to a loss of control of the vehicle.
RemedyAll the dealers who may have received tyres in scope will be contacted. If they have already sold tyres we ask them to contact their customers to whom they have sold tyres. All the tyres with DOT code 1L1K8 JB1R 1224 and 1L1HA JC1R 1224 will be exchanged free of charge.
