Defect	Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024 Ram Promaster Battery Electric (BEV) vehicles. Incorrect software in the motor control processor module (MCPA) may cause a loss of drive power._x000D_ A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.
Component	ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Remedy	Dealers will update the MCPA software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 10, 2024. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 99B.
