DefectA2ZEV (A2Z) is recalling certain NACS to CCS1 Original Typhoon/Slider Lock Charger Adapters, with part numbers NC1V10124DC and NC1V10224DC-ILW. The locking mechanism on the adapter may become damaged and come loose from the NACS connector, which can cause the charger to overheat._x000D_ An overheating charger increases the risk of personal injury to the operator.

RemedyA2Z will replace the Version 1 NACS to CCS1 adapter with the Version 2 adapter, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in November 2024. Owners may contact A2Z customer service at Safety@a2zevshop.com.
