DefectTemsa is recalling certain 2024-2025 TS45 transit buses. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) listed on the certification label is incorrect. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."_x000D_ An incorrect weight rating may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

RemedyTemsa service centers will replace the certification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 10, 2025. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672.
