Hazard description	3M is recalling these headsets as they may emit feedback noise (measured up to 106 dBA) through the headset speakers. The potential loud signal may cause (permanent) tinnitus.
Remedy	Contact your local 3M distributor to coordinate credit for your affected heads. They will also be able to help to identify and organise a suitable replacement.
