DefectAltec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Aerial Device, and Digger Derrick vehicles. The front winch bumper may be secured with incorrect bolts, which can cause the bumper to detach from the vehicle._x000D_ A front bumper that detaches can become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash. In addition, the bolts can fail suddenly during winch operation, increasing the risk of injury.
ComponentSTRUCTURE
RemedyAltec will replace the bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters expected to be mailed October 10, 2025. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3244.
