DefectPrevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain 2025 X3-45 Commuter buses. The wheelchair seat belt anchorage may have been improperly installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."_x000D_ An improperly installed seat belt anchorage can detach during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

RemedyPrevost will inspect and reinstall the seat belt anchorage as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 12, 2025. Owners may contact Prevost's customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is SR25-311. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning November 7, 2025.
