DefectInternational Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2019-2020 CV vehicles. The brake pressure switch harness may not have protective material on the wires, causing a short circuit and reducing brake performance._x000D_ Reduced brake performance can extend stopping distance and increase the risk of a crash.
RemedyDealers will remove, add protective material, and reinstall the brake pressure switch harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 05, 2026. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25521. Vehicles in this recall that were previously repaired under 23V282 and 25V414 will need to have the new remedy completed. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning December 19, 2025.
