IC Bus CECB buses: wheelchair retractors may not lock

Defect	International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026 IC Bus CECB buses. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured._x000D_ An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Component	EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY
Remedy	Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed February 16, 2026. Owners may contact International's customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25527. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning February 9, 2026.
