Hazard descriptionThe voltage regulator on some engines may fail, posing a fire hazard, even if the engine is off or not in use. Risk of fire, serious injury or death and/or damage to property if the voltage regulator catches fire.
RemedyStop using the affected mower until it has been repaired. Disconnect the negative battery cable. If you are unsure on how to disconnect the battery, see the Operator’s Manual or contact your local authorised John Deere dealer.
