Hazard description	The indicator status on the inflator may show the life jacket is ready for use even when the attached gas cylinder is empty, removed or not connected properly. The life jacket cannot inflate when this happens. Risk of drowning if the life jacket does not inflate as expected when the manual inflator is deployed.
Remedy	Check if your life jacket contains the affected inflator. Use an alternative life jacket if your life jacket is affected.
