| Hazard description | Using baby slings with infants that are too young or not placing them within the sling correctly could lead to injury. The affected baby slings do not have warning information or the warning information is incorrect. Risk of death or serious injury to babies from falls or suffocation if the sling is not used properly. Consumers may not be aware of the safety hazards associated with this product. |
