Hazard descriptionRepeated bending of the hose tip can cause a hole to form, which can cause the hose to burst. Risk of serious injuries including lacerations if the hose bursts during use. Incidents causing injury have occurred.
RemedyConsumers should stop using the grease gun immediately. Consumers should remove the battery from the gun and any grease from the barrel and return the entire tool to their nearest authorised Makita dealer or Factory Service Centre for a free repair.
