Hazard descriptionThe screws connecting the legs to the frame can become loose and may detach when a baby or toddler is seated with or without the baby set accessory of the highchair. Risk of serious injury from falling if the chair detaches from the frame while in use._x000D_ There have been incidents and an injury involving babies.
RemedyStop using the highchair immediately. Contact Bugaboo to register your details for a repair kit to be sent via https://service.bugaboo.com/s/bugaboo-giraffe-repair-kit-checker (link is external) . Replace the current screws with the redesigned screws using the improved Allen key and following the step-by-step instruction manual in the repair kit.
