Hazard description	The split pin that holds the ball stud in place has not been provided. The cap can come loose, allowing the ball stud to separate. Risk of serious injury or death from collision if the ball stud separates whilst the vehicle is in use.
Remedy	Consumers should immediately take their vehicle to the place where the product was installed to arrange for an inspection.
