Hazard descriptionDue to a manufacturing fault, the canister can forcefully eject from the base of the pump when pressurised. Risk of serious injury to the user or bystanders from impact with the pump’s canister._x000D_ An incident causing injury has occurred.
RemedyStop using the recalled pump immediately and go to the recall page on the Lezyne website (link is external) for instructions on how to disable the pump. Submit a recall claim through the Lezyne website to receive a free replacement pump. After submitting the recall claim, dispose of the recalled pump according to state and local regulations. If you require further assistance with this recall, including on how to disable the recalled pump, please take the pump to your place of purchase.
