Hazard description	These seat belt adjusters may interfere with the normal operation of the seat belt and reduce its effectiveness. Risk of serious injury or death in the event of a car accident or if the vehicle stops abruptly and the seat belt cannot operate effectively.
Remedy	Stop using these products immediately and cut in half to destroy them. Reply to Sensual Sale’s recall notification email and attach a photograph of the destroyed product to receive a full refund.
