Hazard descriptionThe product is being recalled because the gel packs may contain ethylene glycol, a toxic substance. If packaging becomes damaged, ethylene glycol can leak out. If swallowed, ethylene glycol can cause irreversible injuries or death.
RemedyStop using the Gel Pak immediately and keep out of reach of children. Return the product to a Kmart store for a full refund. If you suspect someone has swallowed the contents of a gel pack, call the Poisons Information Centre for information and advice on 13 11 26.
