Hazard description	The product can generate or retain electric charge when used. The electric charge level exceeds the limit allowed under Australian electrical standards. As a result, the user can receive an electric shock if they simultaneously touch the beater shaft and the earthed metal enclosure. Risk of serious injury or death from electric shock when the mixer is being used. Incidents of electric shock have occurred.
Remedy	Stop using the mixer immediately and unplug it from the wall. Return the mixer to your nearest Myer store for a full refund. If you cannot make it in-store, contact the Myer Customer Service Centre to organise a pre-paid return label to return the mixer via Australia Post.
