Hazard description	The lid threading of the drink bottle may shrink when exposed to hot liquids, causing the lid to eject as a projectile. Risk of serious injury including lacerations from impact if the lid ejects forcefully or burn injuries from hot liquids._x000D_ Incidents have occurred.
Remedy	Do not use the drink bottle for hot liquids. Return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
