Hazard descriptionDue to a manufacturing defect, affected batches of cartridges can malfunction during use and discharge unintended or explode. Risk of serious injury to users or damage to equipment if the affected cartridges explode or discharge while in use.
RemedyStop using the cartridges immediately and store them securely and separately from other substances in accordance with dangerous goods regulations. Check the batch/lot number on the product. If your cartridges are affected, return them to the place of purchase for a replacement product.
