Hazard descriptionThe car seat adapter set may fail to engage and connect properly with the spring-loaded pin on the Joolz Aer2 stroller. During use, the product can cause the car seat to detach from the stroller, tip forward and fall to the ground. This can occur even when the adapter appears to be locked in place. Risk of serious injury or death to infants if the car seat detaches and falls from the stroller while in use._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Incidents have occurred.
