Hazard descriptionThe T-bar in the front of the product can dislodge and pose a fall hazard if the child is not secured using the primary belt restraint. As of July 3rd, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 9 reports of the T bar being dislodged or becoming loose and 2 reports of injuries, including one of a child being injured after falling from the chair while not wearing the high chair’s primary belt restraint.
