Hazard description	Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that the recalled glazed ceramic plate contains lead in excess of allowable limits. Lead is highly toxic, especially to children. A range of serious health effects have been associated with exposure to lead and cadmium, including anemia, vomiting, diarrhea, heart and immune system. In extreme cases, there have been deaths.
Remedy	Immediately stop using the recalled product and return the product for a refund.
