Defect	Coach and Equipment Mfg. Corp. (Coach and Equipment) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Phoenix and 2026 Metrolite buses, equipped with certain QRT-360 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. / 后果: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
