Hazard description	The rubber of the balloons releases an excessive amount of nitrosatable substances (NDMA) (measured total value: up to 2.03 mg/kg). Nitrosamine may cause cancer through ingestion or dermal exposure. A child could be exposed to it when touching or putting the product in the mouth.
