Hazard description	The rattles can break easily and release small parts. A child may put small plastic parts into the mouth and choke on them. Moreover, the green rattle has protruding parts. A child could put it into the mouth, which could block the airways and cause choking. In addition, the plastic of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with it, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate
