Hazard description	The electrical cables are easily accessible because the compartment is only protected with a velcro fastener. These cables may form a loop large enough for a small child to wrap the wires around its neck, which may lead to strangulation Additionally, the fibrous stuffing material of the toy is also easily accessible for the same reason. A small child could put stuffing material in mouth and choke.
