Hazard descriptionThe toy becomes loose upon use, creating a space between the left wheel and the body of the toy. A child could trap their fingers in this space and injure themselves. Furthermore, the plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with it, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate.
