Hazard descriptionThe creepage distances and clearances between live parts and accessible parts of the insulation of the terminal block are too small, live parts may be accessible. In case the product is connected to external wiring that is too thin, the user can touch, the front side of the screw terminal and receive an electric shock. The manufacturer's instructions suggest that the product can be installed with two wires under a screw terminal. This may cause sparking and lead to a fire.
