Hazard description	The creepage and clearance distances of internal wires and the insulation of internal wires is inadequate. A live wire may contact metal parts of the lamp. Moreover, the lamp sockets are not reliably connected and secured and the cross-sectional area of internal wires is too small. Live parts of the lamp may become accessible. Consequently the user may touch live parts and receive an electric shock.
