Hazard descriptionIt has been confirmed that an alarm is issued despite the internal cooling fan operating normally. If such an event occurs continuously, it could lead to a decrease in attention to alarms during actual abnormalities, and as a result, there is a possibility of abnormal heat generation due to overlooking a true abnormality, as well as a risk of damage to connected devices.
RemedyRecall and repair (firmware update). For affected products, this defect will be resolved by updating the firmware. Customers cannot perform the update themselves, so please return the product to the business, and we will perform the firmware update free of charge. For identification after repair, products with updated firmware will have a green circular sticker affixed to the right of the model number on the bottom label of the main unit before being returned.
