Hazard descriptionDuring the manufacturing process of the battery's production line, the possibility of damage to the battery cell's separator was identified. This leads to a risk of fire due to internal short-circuiting even under normal charging conditions. Immediately after connecting the battery charger, internal short-circuiting can cause sparks, flames, and smoke, and there is a risk of damage to surrounding equipment and buildings due to fire. Particularly in multi-use spaces such as commercial and public facilities, there is a possibility of escalation to human casualties.
RemedyConsumers who own the affected battery should immediately stop using and charging it. After disconnecting it from the charger, store it in a safe place and proceed with collection, exchange, or refund measures according to the procedures guided by the seller's website recall notice (https://buly.kr/3u4Lsx7), recall notice text message, and customer service.
