| Hazard description | An incorrect manufacturing date was printed on verification labels inside a limited number of ARMOUR branded height safety helmets. The printed date was November 2024 when it should have been June 2024. The incorrect date incorrectly extends the expected life of the helmet by 5 months past the 5-year expiry date being June 2029. Each of these helmets still otherwise comply with regulation (EU) 2016/425 and EN 12492:2012 standard in all respects. The only issue is the incorrect manufacturing date on the labelling inside the helmet. There is no immediate safety issue for users of these helmets.… |
