| Hazard description | The air fryer itself is fully compliant, safe, and may continue to be used as normal. However, some units were supplied with a 10A converter plug (15A socket to 10A plug cord set). This adaptor is not compliant with NZ regulations, as it is portable and could be misused with other appliances. Therefore prohibited |
| Remedy | Return the adaptor to Trade Depot (via freepost or in-store drop-off) and receive a refund of $20 Send Trade Depot proof of destruction (ie. Photo of the cut cord) If you prefer, you may also return both the air fryer and adaptor for a full refund |
