Hazard description	In particular circumstances, the product is vulnerable to compromise which could allow an unauthorised person access to a secure area without a user first touching their hand to the device.
Remedy	Owners of the product should contact their security / access control system installer for further guidance. Installers of the product should contact the wholesaler from whom the product was purchased or the manufacturer, Trojan Developments Ltd at recall@trojandev.com for guidance on whether replacement of the product is warranted. Replacement products are available for products that are within the manufacturers warranty period.
