| Hazard description | One batch of lithium-ion batteries installed in the spotlights failed to meet our expectations when a limited number of tested lights produced excessive heat and, in rare circumstances, smoke. The issue was identified and immediately remedied. Further testing on the spotlights produced before and after the period when the poorly performing lithium-ion battery was used show no quality issues. Thus, we are confident the number of spotlights at issue is confined to lantern lights produced in June 2024.
