Hazard description	The lamp presents a risk of fire as it has been identified that there is a reliability issue with an electronic component (rectifying diode). This could result in bulb failure which could overheat the battery and result in fire.

Remedy	Tala has launched a modification programme. Affected customers are advised to go to The Muse Bulb Replacement Programme or contact the customer support team at productquality@tala.co.uk or +31 970 1025 6746.
