DefectIssue: On one vehicle, a software problem could cause the windshield wipers not to work under certain conditions. Safety Risk: Windshield wipers that don't work could reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify the owner in writing and advise them to take their vehicle to a dealership to update the body control module software.
