Defect	In shovel loaders, etc., due to insufficient design review, ① the injection nozzle of the fuel injector wears out due to deterioration over time, increasing the fuel injection amount, ② dust adheres to the inside of the variable turbo, reducing air supply efficiency, and ③ dust that could not be captured by the air cleaner adheres to the sensing part of the MAF sensor*, causing it to incorrectly recognize a higher air flow rate than actual. Remedy	For all vehicles, the following countermeasures will be implemented: ① Replace the fuel injector with an improved part. ② Rewrite the controller program with an improved program. ③ Add MAF sensor automatic correction operating instructions to the owner's manual. ④ Attach a nameplate to the air cleaner element cover to encourage the implementation of MAF sensor automatic correction.
