DefectDue to insufficient design consideration for the rear brake pipe, there is insufficient clearance with the Body Control Module (BCM), and some units interfere with it. As a result, if use is continued as is, the brake pipe may wear out and be damaged due to driving vibrations, etc. In the worst case, brake fluid may leak, and the braking force of the rear brakes may decrease.

RemedyFor all vehicles, replace the BCM caddy with an improved part and add a fixing clip. Additionally, inspect the brake pipe, and if it is damaged, replace it with a new one.
