Defect	During the design of the electrical circuit for the electromagnetic valve used in the grader's brakes, the heat resistance evaluation for the coil inside the valve, considering age-related deterioration, was insufficient. As a result, if heat-induced damage accumulates during use, a partial short circuit may occur inside the coil, increasing the current in the electrical wiring. In the worst case, the wiring may burn out, making the vehicle unable to drive.

Remedy	For all vehicles, the power supply wiring for the brake electromagnetic valve will be changed to a heat-resistant specification, and a fuse will be added to the circuit. Additionally, the brake electromagnetic valve will be inspected, and damaged ones will be replaced with new parts.
