Hazard descriptionThe product presents a risk of injuries as it is possible for a child to become trapped between the lowering see saw plank and the ground. If this were to occur, the end of the seesaw plank could cause crushing or impact injuries.

RemedyModification programme. Owners should stop using the product immediately and contact Playworld Systems Inc via recalls@playworld.com to schedule a free repair. Playworld Systems will send a certified playground installer to each location to remove the existing bumpers and replace them with new bumpers which will mitigate the hazard. The new bumper is taller and installed closer to the centre of the equipment.
