Hazard descriptionThe product presents a high risk of fire as the fuse is incorrectly rated, and the earthing terminals are not secured with secondary securing measures. If a fault were to occur whilst the product is plugged in, the fuse will not be able to provide adequate protection, resulting in a fire. Improvements are also required to product marking and labelling.
