Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of choking as there is a wooden ball on the end of the red rope, which could loosen over time and detach from the string. This small part poses a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths._x000D_ The red rope also presents a strangulation hazard, as it is longer than the maximum permissible length and a child could become entangled in it during play. Improvements are also required to product labelling and documentation.
