Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of electric shock because the transformer is poorly built and does not meet minimum creepage and clearance distances. The plug face also does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and therefore may not make a secure connection with the plug socket. If a consumer touches a live part while the product is in use, it may cause an electric shock.
