Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of fire because the plug did not comply with BS1362 due to the absence of a fuse. A correctly rated fuse is required to ensure the safe operation of the plug under fault conditions, and its absence could lead to the plug overheating and/or exploding. Additionally, the plug pins are too close to the edge of the plug face, enabling access to live parts.
