Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of fire because it is powered by an insufficient adaptor. The plug for the product is too small and the live and neutral pins are too close to the periphery of the plug. If there is a surge in the current or a fault with the product, the plug may overheat and ignite, causing a fire. There are also no warnings or adequate instructions.
