Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of electric shock because mains plug does meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. The socket shutters can get stuck in an open position, allowing a consumer to access the live parts and receive an electric shock. There is also insufficient creepage and clearance distance between the mains potential input circuits and low voltage output circuits.
