RemedyBridgestone is recalling the affected 16-inch tyres and will also begin a staged replacement programme for the affected 17-inch tyres, starting with customers considered most at risk. Bridgestone will contact affected customers directly and is working with Ford to confirm customer contact details. Customers can also contact Bridgestone using the dedicated freephone number, email address, or online contact form that has already been set up for the 16-inch tyre recall.
